I ordered a very common flowering potted plant to be delivered five days before my sisters wedding anniversary celebration which took place on a Saturday. On Friday I received an e-mail from Telefleurs saying that the florist did not have that particular item, and that I could choose another one instead.
That was fine with me, but no one bothered to leave a message on the two contact cell phones I gave them, so the plant was never delivered on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Unbelievable! It arrived the next Tuesday after my sister had to call them to make arrangement for delivery. So much for the effect of a wonderful surprise!
Furthermore, Telefleurs used a florist 10 miles away when there are 2 in town 1 mile away. This was my first experience with this company, and believe me, my last!!!
