Ordered Mothers Day flowers. The day after they were due to deliver we contacted Telefleurs who said no one was in (they were in all day) and to collect from the florist on the card that was left.

There was NO CARD left. Again we asked who the florist was and they kept telling us to refer to the information on the card. Eventually they emailed the florist's details 6 days later. On contacting the florist we were told that the flowers were now dead.This florist was 25 minutes drive away so would have been a 50 minutes round trip. We again asked Telefleurs for a refund and they keep saying we should have gone to the florist on the card (THAT WAS NOT LEFT) now they no longer reply and ignore us.

IF the florist did go there he must have gone to the wrong place. This florist was not a local company, couldn't find the house and could not be bothered to make a second attempt to deliver because of the distance.

The florist did not call before delivery as requested when I placed the order. There were also no messages left on the answer machine at any time.

I might as well have put 45Euros in the bin.
