Ordered and paid for delivery on a Saturday to arrive in time for UK mothers Day. The flowers never arrived.
I had to chase.. on monday I get told the delivery company said the address didnt exist but Telefleurs admitted they did find it themselves on Google so oferred me a refund or to send a different bunch from a local florist. I told them the best solution was to refund and still send flowers due to the upset but they refused to and were quite rude and abrupt in their communications with me. It was their fault, no calls to my mum to say they couldnt find her address despite her number being given to them and they decided not to deliver and then were rude to me.
Never use them. Awful customer service and what should have been a nice experience was quite upsetting in the end.
